If you submit a contact form, that data is saved in a contact form database and will be deleted at the users request, and all content available, if any, will be delivered to the requested user after proving their identity. We will also cooperate with any subpoenas or requests from law enforcement, including Homeland Security.


If you use the newsletter sign-up form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and other information. That data is sent to a third party (MailChimp) for handling and management and all data retention on their servers is the responsibility of them.
